Ed is a Lead Facilitator for the Excelerator Coach model, a 5-time Prism Award winning program and facilitator for Strength Deployment Inventory (TotalSDI) which focuses on relationship awareness theory.
Ed is a fierce servant, expressed through serving on multiple charitable boards and overseeing a microfinance project partnership between Rotary and Opportunity International raising over $2.3 million for the entrepreneurial poor in Honduras. Ed is also a social innovator best exemplified in the successful launch of SEEDS (Social Enterprise Excelerator Development System) program in Alberta to help train over 300 charitable leaders with coaching skills in Alberta.
